The Film Starts With A Huge Diamond Which Is Been Heist By Master Thief Named Prince (Vivek Oberoi), Followed By A Huge Gang Of High Profile Robberies. After Three Months He Wakes Ups In The Morning And Sees Himself  With A Gun Shot Wound On To His Hand, That He Doesn't Remember Now. To Find Answer In His Quest He Discovers His Name As Prince, He Is Working With Man Called Sarang (Isaiah) And His Girlfriend's Name Maya (Aruna Shields). Here Indian Intelligence Agency Name IGRIP Is Been Hunting For Prince, CBI Also Hunts The Biggest White Collar Criminals. They Both Wanted To Hunt For Prince Because Prince Only Knows About The Biggest Heist, Which Mainly Contains All Types Of Secret And The Future Of Human Race. Now Prince Further Puzzled Are The Three Gals (Aruna Shields, Nandana Sen and Neeru Bajwa) He Used To Encounter With These All Gals From Time To Time And All Are Claiming To Be Maya, All The Cops And Criminal Is Out For His Blood In These Country. He Doesn't Remember The Heist Which He Has Hidden, He Also Doesn't In Which Side Of Law He Is, Also His Life Is Full Of At A Stake. He Cant Trust Himself Also.
