Short Movie Summary:
Four Ordinary Young  Friends Named "Karan" (Shahid Kapoor), "Bulbul" (Anushka Sharma), "Zing" (Meiyang Chаng) And "Chandu" (Vir Das). Get Together In 1994. Four Of Them Are From Middle Class Family Of Mumbai. They Together Start A Company. They Decided To Smuggling In Foreign Goods To India.Their Main Motive Of The Business Is To Buy Foreign Goods And Bring The Goods To India By Avoiding The Heavy Import Taxes. "Friends and Company" Is The Name Given To Their Bussiness. They Smuggling Heavy Expensive Foreign Goods To India From Bangkok. But Unfortunately The Government Of India Decides To Reduce The Import duty. Now They Wanted To Go To America And Make Profit From There.Later On Going On Karan And Bulbul Fall In Love With Each Other.Karan Father Find Out That His Son Is Becoming A Smuggler And Karan Leaves His Home. 


                                               Now Karan Is Becoming To Greedy And He Break Up From This Business. After The Break Up Of Friends And Compay, Chandu Marries And Started A Video Store. On Returning From America Karan Is Arrested And Put In Jail For 6 Months.Later On Karan Realises His Mistake When He Is Going To Pay A Huge Money To Bail Himself Out From Jail.The Share Of Each Partner Is Been Given By Bulbul To Chandu's, Zing's In Respect Of What They Earned In The Company. After 6 Months Of Jail Karan Is Been Released,And He Stared Working With His Uncle. Karan Meets Bulbul Who Is Now Pregnant Of His Child. Karan Saves His Uncle From A Huge Financial Loss With The Help Of His Old And Real Friends Zing And Chandu. In The End "Friends and Company"  Is Becoming APublic Sector Company In The Market, and Karan makes his father proud..
